We just found out that my Dad's cousin proposed to his GF, and FH's cousin proposed to his GF as well.
They're both getting married in the same month, just before us.
I'm happy for them, but still feel a little down.
The good thing is that all 3 weddings will be VERY different - everything from a backyard party, to mine at the Fox Hollow.
OK I feel better now that I got that out

FH's cousin decided that she she should be married before us since she has been dating her boyfriend longer, so they decided this, got engaged and booked a place like within a week. SHe is getting married in July of next year.
I guess that is what happens when you have a wedding date later on int he year I just try to remember how wonderful our day will be! Hope that helps, if not...

Same thing is happening w/FH and I....we have 7 weddings to attend before ours and about half of them are ppl. who got engaged after us....we say 'SAVE THE BEST FOR LAST'!!!

OK Don't feel so bad 5 days after I got engaged my cousin got engaged...so the first question was where are you getting married and when??? So FH and I had to book everything first..We are getting married first...very different weddings and I did get the better RH....so I know how you feel!!!

I know how you feel..I have three weddings to go to next year before mine and they have all been together 2 years...FH and I for over 5. I hate feeling this way, but I hate having to go to all their weddings before mine.
Oh well.
(they all got engaged before me too...that was an interesting conversation w/FH )
