Has anyone used them? I am currently booked with Liberty Travel, but In and out Travel can save us money and they were very helpful and informative. Has anyone had a good/negative experience with them.

I have heard lots of good thing about them so I decided to call. I called 2 weeks ago and spoke to someone who said he was going to look into some places and get back to me. I have called there twice since then and have left messages with no calls back. I dont want to be the one with the negative review, so since I keep hearing good things about them I will give it another try and hope 3 times a charm.
you should try emailing Dave he is very very quick to respond to emails!

we won a free trip at the LIW anniversary party to barbados through them and dealing with dave was great... i thought just b/c it was free that it would be very cut and dry but he was helpful, answered all my ?s, was easy to reach and just seemed really nice to talk to...
we are leaving may 26th for our trip!! i'll let everyone know how it goes... i def recommend in and out tho!!
