In and Out Travel

Has anyone used this Travel agent and had a 'not so great' experience with them?
I've tried to book my honeymoon with them and they booked the wrong dates! They reconfirmed the dates 5 times (each time getting it wrong) and finally when I thought it was correct, it was still wrong.

I'm debating whether or not I should use them now, but I just wanted to see if anyone else out there had a bad experience, or should I keep them? Any suggestions?

I booked with them and checked my confirmations carefully. However, my travel agent did call me yesterday and asked me if I had made a decision on my honeymoon yesterday. I told her that I had already booked with her and given her a $1700 deposit and received confirmation paperwork. An oversight or something more? I'm hoping for the oversight!

I had NO problems with them at all! I used them for my HM & all went well.
