MY FH family is driving me crazy, his mother passed away from breast cancer and his father is no where to be found, so his Great grand mother, grandmother, Aunty and only sister, All hate me and have been makeing up rumors about me, we heard from another family friend SB(they never meet me, after now 3years of us being together bc he's always said there not nice people) FH told them off and now there not coming to the wedding...IDK what do, but think i should talk him into inviting them at a later date...what do u guys think leave them off??

I have problems with FH sister. I'm all about life is to short...blah blah But sometimes the damage is done and its more work to have them in your life. I am not sending her an invite with FH blessing. Good luck to you...i know it sucks

I think July 2012 is a loooooong time away and you guys should give time, time. Nothing needs to be done right now. Things can change or not... the biggest problem I find I have sometimes is doing nothing at all. Letting it just be. Just my experience... Good luck.

Don't send them a save the date so that you still have time to decide to knock them off the list if they keep being difficult.

Sorry for your troubles, but as it is the only family your FH has, I would invite them and let them decided as to whether on or not they will come. Then go deaf for the rest of your marriage and ask family friend not share any ill will they may have spread. It is no favor to spread gossip.
My in-laws never appreciated me until they watched me nurse their son through his death from cancer. Now they love me. It was a lesson hard learned for us all.

Sorry you are going through this. There is plenty of time from here to now for things to change. I agree with not sending the save the dates and just send an invitation later if things work out.
