In leu of the Newlywed Chop Trend I opted to go for the...

Newlywed Color I did it myself and well it's actually not the exact color I wanted (I wanted it darker, but my friend is fixing it tomorrow) I just needed something a little different and cutting my hair scares me lol!

Thank you, yea I'm gonna go darker plus I don't like the 'brassy' tone of the current color.

i like the color, and btw you shouldnt be afraid to go shorter, i think it would look great on you...you dont have to do too short, but a bit shorter cut would look cute on you

The color looks great on you!!! I think you would look nice with short hair but you look great with long hair too

Thanks. I've always wanted to go short, but I'm not the greatest with styling my hair. Its such a b*%& to style and work with and if I dry it naturally it looks disgusting and is a frizz ball and a half.

it does take a little bit more work, its not that bad bc it forces me to actually do something with my hair lol

but looking at the pic you have layers, theres some layers that end right below your shoulder, that would look great on you

I think the color looks great! Im too chicken to cut my hair too. And my texture of hair would NOT be easy to maintain short.

and my hair is still insanely long and dont listen to anyone else but i cut off five inches and even though it was damaged - when i see old pictures i STILL get upset that I cut it!!!

Melissa, the color is great for you. I like your hair long.

I tried a redish color once. it was
I'm much better as a blonde (if only the gray would just stay OUT).

I LOVE long hair but my hair is sooo fine and sooo thin that's it's hard to keep long.
