Here are peel and stick crown moldings from brylanekitchen.com.

Crown Molding

My FH laughed at me when I showed him this. He doesn't think they will stay on the wall. Sounds kind of interesting. I could do one bedroom for $60! And it comes with a DVD instruction video. They have a 100% money back guarantee so I may try it.

What do you think?

Someone told me about foam crown molding - is this it?

To me it sounds too good to be true. THey could say your house is damp or something when you try to get a refund. But, in the end it's only $60 so it might be worth the risk. They sure are pretty!

No this is different then foam. Here is the info for foam. That is also another option we are considering. I have pictures of foam molding that someone put up and it looks just like wood. Let me know if you want to see those.

Yes I think we are going to try it. I love crown molding and the wood is just so expensive. So I will let you know how it goes.

just a note about the foam crown moldings - my mom's a faux finisher and does decorative moldings all the time for clients... some of the prettiest ones she's done are actually on foam....

if the price is right, can't hurt to try! :) good luck

I put moulding in my living room and did it myself. Got the pre-cut mouldings from a lumber yard-sanded them, then painted them. They came out great and I spent one day doing it and about $72.

I would try anything once!

This post is almost from a year ago. I never did end up getting the mouldings. With the wedding I had to put it on the back burner. We hope to do them sometime this year though.

I did buy sheets, a comforter and curtains from them a few years ago, and they held up pretty well.

Oh no no problem at all. Just letting you know I didn't end up getting them. I did buy a comforter set from brylane home a few years ago and thought it was okay. The comforter was not really comfy or too fluffy and the sheets were average. Check overstock.com - you can get high thread sheets for a great price.

Brylanes quality is not worth the $$.
Cheap is cheap and that is definately what their stuff is. It might be ok for a guest room that rarely gets used but for consistant use it dosnt hold up.
