In need of a 'Diet Buddy'

Okay, since I have been home I have well...packed on some pounds. I am unable to work out other than slow-paced walking until the Docs say otherwise.
I need help staying on task!!! Anyone willing to help? PRETTY PLEASE!!!!

If I can be of any assistance I am here! I do workout quite freuently and usually follow a healthy diet but as of late, ive been a little lazy and eating pretty much whatever I want and its starting to catch up to me. So as of yesterday (lol) I have recommitted myself to a healthy lifestyle!

I'll be your diet buddy!!! This past week I've been ridiculous...like thanksgiving is an excuse to stuff my face for four days. I need to eat healthy and STICK WITH IT!!! No more excuses!

Except for pizza tonight.....

I am a Boon-docker
I live off exit 68 on the LIE.
Anyone out this way?
I do belong to a gym, however, due to health issues I am restricted in my workout rountine until after the new Year
