I have been driving myself crazy for weeks trying to decide what hotels i should stay in for my trip. Everyday I have a different itinerary. I really wanted to stay at the Hyatt in Kauai but since it's under consrruction.....what about the sheraton? My TA actaully gave me a price of $800 cheaper to stay there. Is the Sheraton Nice? Is it a good choice? I was also thing of the Four seasons in Maui rather than the Hyatt which is what I was originally going with. Oh and in Oahu which we are only staying to nights....I have no idea. I really need everyones help...I'm driving myself crazy...and driving my fi crazy too. AHHHHHHHH

Re: In need of major Hawaii help!!!!!
Hi there! We just booked our honeymoon to Hawaii and were debating about the Four Seasons vs Hyatt in Maui. We decided to go with the Hyatt because people have said it's in a much better location and that it is a beautiful hotel. We knew 2 couples who stayed there on their honeymoon and loved it. I've heard recommendations about a Princeville hotel in Kaui too so you might want to check that out. Are you going to any other islands? Keep me updated on what you decide! Good luck!

I just re-read and saw Oahu in there too. We are staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village which I hear is like a city in itself. Again, I knew people who stayed there and LOVED it. They said it was alot of fun!

On Oahu, the Halekulani is an amazing experience. The service was better then the Four Seasons Maui. Truly wonderful.

Halekulani has a special rate right now for $295/night + tax including breakfast. But this is for minimum 3 nights.

I booked the Princeville because it had such rave reviews like the Hyatt, i am not sure about the sheraton you could check out frommers. In Oahu we were gonna book halekulani but couldnt take advantage of the 3 night special because i really didnt want to stay more than 2 nights and by going with another hotel it saved me $400 bucks, you do alot of running around and site seeing in oahu so I thought that would be the best place to get the lower rated hotel.
