in need of video editor....

hi girls...i just got my video from Duet and i wasnt what I had much expected.

they kind of messed up on my songs for my baby pictures and his baby pics...for my song i wanted 'brown eyed girl'...which they did....but they kept it also for his pics...and then they had 'Call me Al' (which was his song) for the preparation at my house....and they said they cant change it!!!

i think i'm just gonna edit it on my own...which kinda S u c k s b/c i paid good $ to them....HELP!

Did they explain WHY they can't chage it ?

They should still have the raw footage.
I would insist they do it over again if they can't change it. After all, you paid for something that is not of the proper quality.

just called them....they said they can change it..they check what i had asked for when i ordered the video......thank goodness....but i'll look at it again before i say its final....
