Yeah, all new grads have to do a residency in their field of choice. So I will be starting my residency in pathology. I'm lucky to start residency in the same hospital the FH is doing his residency. He's been in Michigan for the last year, so i'm happy to finally join him.
I'm also really excited about finally getting a paycheck!!!!!!

Congrats! Myy cousin is in med school now and has one more year-it takes a commitment like no other. Good luck. What kind of MD are you going to be? Are you staying on the island to practice? I'm in nusing school right now-one more year and I love Stoneybrook. Not great pay there-but great learning. Good luck!

My fiance is a doctor. The only time in my life that I cried for joy was at his graduation. I was so proud of him.
