In regard to the OMG thread...

I believe some parents in the school are collecting $$ for the family, however I am going to write the pricipal about all of the caring ladies here wanting to donate.

For those of you that are interested, I'm not quite sure how this would work. Should I suggest a scholarship in her name (although I guess that would be a 1 time thing?) or what?

I want to hear what you ladies would like to do.

Although in no way will this replace their loved one, I'm sure the family will be very touched that so many people came to honor their wife/daughter/sister, etc.

Since she was a music teacher what abiut a donation in her name to the music dept.? I would ask the principal what he suggests.
