I can't believe it...6 days until my wedding, and my last day in the office is tomorrow!! WOW!

How are the other July 4 weekend brides doing??

All I can say is - thank the good Lord for caffeine! I was up all night finishing the candle place cards and menus. Tonight I will get the program squared away and run them to Kinkos tomorrow to be printed.

Tomorrow is my last day in the office, too.

You're at the Wyndham too? I'm actually not staying there but Matt is. When are you checking in? The three of us should arrange a time to grab a quick drink (coffee, perhaps?? ) for a meet-and-greet/sanity check.

Alison, Keith is checking in on Thursday night and I wont be joining him until Sat night, although I will definitely be in and out. Our ceremony is right next door at the Hamlet.

Becky, Matt and I are doing pretty much the same thing. He checks in on Friday and I join him on Sunday night. I will probably be over there at least once or twice beforehand, though, namely to drop off our welcome letters. Would be very funny if we saw each other!!

My parents live in Centereach. So it is only a 15 - 20 minute ride.

Alina - no way, jose. I have a ridiculous amount of things to do. I should have taken off this entire week. How about you? I though of you last night at 2 am, when I was downstairs on the computer printing out menus and wondered if you were awake, too

I think we only have to pack and do confirmations/cancelations for things...

But nothing is organized. and I still have to pack for honeymoon.

I dumped a bunch of stuff at the hall last night, so that was a relief. You should have seen the instruction list that I gave them (Lenny made a bet that they wouldn't follow, but instead they were happy to have it). And we still have to figure out tips, etc.

I still don't know if I am supposed to tip the banquet manager in addition to the Matre D

Amazingly, I think I am ok. I spent the weekend buying last-minute stuff, printing up the programs, packing, and writing out all the seating cards. I think the only things I still need to do are pick up my dress and figure out the last minute details like tips. Oh, and start feeling better. I am still feeling a little under the weather and I am REALLY upset about it. Over the weekend, I could barely breathe. I've been gulping down tea, Vitamin C, zinc, you name it. I can't be sick for my wedding!!!
