In your opinion is this a big no-no?

i am shooting to have my wedding in sept 08', but if the halls i want cant accomodate, i will make my fh blissful, bc i will do a winter/holiday wedding in 08' even though i am allergic to the cold weather(LOL)...that said if it does turn out to be a winter/holiday wedding, i will do his fav color red with black and white mixed in as well...here's my question...i dont like the idea of my bm's in red (crimson yes, but his fav color is true red)...i dont want them in white obviously, lol...bm's in black??? holla back!

I'm thinking of doing a christmas theme, but i am not a huge fan of red either, so i think they'll be wearing a hunter green color.

I think black in the winter is completely appropriate. Esp. w/ red bouquets. maybe even red shoes??

I am getting married 2/29 and I am doing a black and red theme. It's a night wedding and the girls are wearing black cocktail dresses and having red rose bouquets. I think it's simple, elegant and beautiful but then again, I'm partial!

I have seen black bridal parties before and it's a very classy look. I like black dresses with a red sash..you can spunk it up and have them get red shoes to match (if the dresses are long). BK's that are mostly red with some white to complimetn you, and the wrap thingy they put aroudn the stems in black is a nice touch. You can find some gorgeous red, white and black cakes, that's for sure! Good luck. I wanted red for so long, and being engaged for only 5 days has changed my opinions on lots of things since planning is real now. I actually considered my RH colors and voted against red..but it's my fav!

I think black is always fashionable... it would look beautiful and black and white is always classic... red and white bo-k's...... sweet!

haha yeah not everyone can pull off red, hmmm actually i dont like the way i look in red either but i would've worked it out hahaha...but black is the safe way to go.

Helen can i wear a white fur shawl...i always loved the way a winter wedding bride looked with the shawl and even thought about it but since i cant get that ill settle You know i am just an a$$

I personally love black BM dresses. It's easy for the girls to use the dresses again and it's also very slimming. I've seen some girls do black dresses with different color sashes and it looks beautiful

i like that black minimizes too that way my girlies can eat! LOL!
