Ok.... so here's the new scoop - I go to this woman who cooks my low fat, no preservative food for the week which not only helps me lose weight, but makes my life a heck of a lot easier!

Now my mom surprises me with a membership to Inches A Weigh which is an isometric weight loss program - helps you to lose weight & inches! Now to fit it into my schedule........

Oh its definately not cheap lol. I think the exact price depends on how much weight you have to loose but its around 200 a month.

Yeah....but if it works I'd pay 1000 a month lol....I need to look good in my HM clothes. I don't want to scare people off the beach : ).

for the year of fitness including the nutritionist costs around $1600 - and it really works.... i can feel the difference in my clothing already (believe it or not)!!!
