I was just wondering should I include a direction card in the invitation to the RH from the hotel and from anywhere on LI in general. We have a bunch of OOT guest and I was wondering if I should make a direction card or not from the hotel to the RH. There are directions to the hotel which were included on the accommodation cards the hotel provided but I am trying to figure out if I should make another direction card or not. I don't want to have too many things included in the invitation. What is everyone else doing?

Does your RH give you direction cards already? If so, then I think that's really all you need. If not, then you may as well add the directions from the hotel too.
Our RH gave us cards already so I didn't bother adding another one. HTH

I am including directions to RH from hotel, but I am doing DIY, so it all fits together. If you have a lot of OOT guests, I would include the directions, but if you think it is too much and plan on making OOT bags, you could include the directions from the hotel in there. Come to think of it, I might use that idea! I mean you wouldn't need them if you're not at the hotel right?

Thanks for the ideas ladies. I might call the RH tomorrow to see if they provide them or not, if not I guess I will attempt to make them myself to include and maybe include a section of how far the airports are and additional hotels in the area for guests. I really like the idea of including them in the OOT boxes.
