We ended up with kids under 5 free (there will be a place set for them), kids under 13 at 1/3 and vendors at 1/3 provided we meet our minimum. Meeting the minimum looks like it wont be a problem, at this point I am worried that we should have taken the bigger room

At my recption hall, the first 5 children under 5 years are free and other children are $10. They get french fries and chicken fingers. They are not, however, included in the head count. Children under 11 are 1/2 price (I think).
