Incompetence of Centereach Bridal

Hey girls!! Get this...
About 2 weeks ago I called Centereach Bridal and asked the ASSociate that worked there if htey had a certain dress # from Mori Lee. After the ASSociate told me they HAD THE DRESS IN THE STORE, I told them I'd be coming into see the dress. TWO DAYS AGO I called again just to verify they had the dress and again the ASSociate told me 'We have the dress in the store....' Well, today I went there and the ASSociate tells me, 'Oh, we don't hav the dress, we sold the sample.....a while ago.' UMMMMM........OK. Is it me, or are people just incompetent?

oh that is very rude but I heard that they yes regardless sometimes just to get you in the store so that if it's not there then you could look around in the store since you made the trip.
