Indian Recipes?

Indian Recipes?

Can anyone recommend a good source for Indian recipes? I want to get familiar with cooking this cuisine, but don't want an Americanized version of the dishes (meaning, I want spicy).

I don't have any recipes but a friend of mine makes a mean curry sauce using Patak brand curry pastes.

You should be able to find them in Food Emporium, or D'agostino's or in an indian grocer.

Other than that, I wish I could help since I love indian food but I don't have any recipes!
