Im not sure where your hall is located, but the Holtsville Ecology Center is pretty indoors. Also .. Hmmm .. the vanderbilt? I think thats where my cousin took hers and they were beautiful!

It's on Hempstead Tnpk. Western Nassau County.

we used the old westbury gardens -- the indoor rooms were very nice

My photographer told me not to go to EAB because the floors are not well maintained and you will come out filthy. He also said since you do not have to make an appointment to have your pictures done there you could have many brides there and anyone else that is there for visiting.

I would just take pics at the reception hall. They're all so beautiful!

I would, but we are having it at the Milleridge Carriage house, the smaller room. It's nothing spectacular picture wise.

I'm staying at the Garden City Hotel the night before, so I'm doing family shots there and trying to get some of those out of the way. Other then that I guess the reception hall will have to do. I think my reception hall puts a cover on the gazbo if it's raining.

If it rains, I am just going to take pics at WM. If it doesn't rain, I am going to take pics there too. Thats one of the reasons I booked there, its just all around beautiful!

I didn't have a backup plan for rain. We would have just taken them in front of the fire place if it rained.

Hempstead Turnpike in Uniondale, across from The Nassau Coloseum.
