inexpenisve violins/ceremony

Hi Gals,

So i'm considering getting a violin or 2 or my ceremony. i think it would make everything sound great. but the quotes i'm getting seem kinda high.
I'm not having full mass just ceremony. I've checked craigslist and nothing was under $400.
I'll even consider a good student for this- but i really can't spend over $200.
Can anyone make a recommendation?
Thanks.

Try http://www.gigmasters.com/

You can find all types of performers and you can search and see price ranges.

I did a quick look and you can find a violinist for an hr for about $200.

Why don't you go to Hofstra or Five Towns and put up a sign before the semester ends with your date and such and then audition a few people?
