Target has nice inexpensive things and Homegoods/TJ Maxx/Marshall's (all the same company) always have good quality, brand names at good prices.

JCPenney has nice quality ones (actually, different levels of quality) and the sales they have there are ridiculous...Go there.

Maybe that was mine too. They are sooo soft though--we registered for Ralph Lauren ones, but these Linens and Things ones are so much softer. I got ones for $3 at Target but I can't say drying off in them is as enjoyable as my luxury $7 ones! Even DH says he feels like he is at a spa (which, clearly, he has never been if he thinks it just entails a soft towel).
