I desperately need ceremony music (the musicians at my church are unbearable!) I would love to have a string/flute, guitar/flute, two string combo or anything like that, but the prices I've seen are way too high. Is it possible to find a two piece group for around $200 for the hour? Please let me know!

Go to http://www.tenstringsmusicstudio.com/. I worked with Alice for my wedding. She went out of her way to search for a song from a song book that I could not find! I booked the guitar/flute duo. Elizabeth & Paul were phenomenal. We had an outdoor garden ceremony so the music was a beautiful backdrop. Highly recommended!!! At the time of my booking, each musician charged $150. Not sure if prices had gone up or if they had been raised. Check out their site.
Another option would be to contact a university music department. For my brother's wedding we contact Hartt School of Music (University of Hartford) and worked with three of their musicians. It was awesome!!! They did such a wonderful job and they were inexpensive. (they were gifted students).
