Re: inexpensive picture frames?
AC Moore had a lot of them. Good quality and cheap.
There is one on Hempstead Trpke in Levittown and other locations.

The 99cent store in the Source Mall. They have everything there. Or go to AC Moore arts and crafts store just opened in CArle place. I love that place.

Re: inexpensive picture frames?
I got some great ones from the new Filene's Basement in Union Square. The ones I bought ranged between $3.99 and $7.99. They were about 50 off reg price.

Re: inexpensive picture frames?
I got a whole bunch of picture frames at JoAnn's a couple of months ago for about $20, when they had a sale.
