first off OMG how cute is she!!! Second, I got my 2 year old FG's dress at burlington, they had tons of dresses in different sizes and they're super cute. Also, Century 21 in NYC had some really cute infant dresses as well.

try Mondo di Bimbi in Howard Beach on Cross Bay Blvd. I got my 2 yr old FG dress there, pricey but gorgeous things.
Also, take a look at Macys or even Daffys, they should have easter dresses out by now.
