It was Mike vs. Karamo, but then Landon wins life saver, so he goes into inferno instead of mike. The challenge for the life saver was dodgeball on these platforms in the water. Karamo hates his team and does not want to play because water is cold. so his team would get a DQ. as they are heading for the water this huge snake swims by, that is it for Karamo. So then the inferno, Landon bets Karamo, most of the bad guys don't say bye to him so he flips them off and goes.

I agree that what they did to Karamo was wrong, but by him not particpating it only showed poor sportsmanship. I can see why he took the stand (he thought he would be going home) but it only made him look like a poor sport and a baby. I also didn't like how he accepted the defeat in the Inferno so easily, he could have put forth more of an effort. Its possible he could have even won and knocked off one of the best players if he had a better attitude. He then would have been able tell his team to go scratch. The guy probably just wanted to go home anyways.
