Info on Bay Shore Bridal Suite?

I found my dress there today for $200 cheaper than the original place I found it. And I fell in love with a veil they have that matches my dress. Has anyone gone there or know anyone who has used them? Are they any good? Any problems? Please let me know I dont want to order from a place with out hearing any feed back about them.

My sister worked there for YEARS..there is good and bad...be picky, be specific and they will listen...its like any other bridal suite really, good and bad reviews..

I got my dresses there.

My dress and 2 bm dresses came in the wrong size. They were accomodating and fixed the sizes with no trouble.

I had HUGE problems with my alterations, it was awful. I spent 3 hours a night there the mon, tue, wed, and thurs before my saturday wedding, and was not able to pick up my dress until friday after 2 because the beader was not there until friday morning. It was very stressful.

My sister is using them for her wedding dress and my bridesmaid dress. So far so good. We went for our first fittings about two weeks ago, and the second fittings are in about a month. Her wedding is in September.

They have been nothing but nice and accomidating so far, but we will see after the first fittings are complete what they look like.

I got my veil there. I was very happy with the sales person. However when I was ready to pick up my veil they said it was in storage. Then they couldn't find it at all. As it turns out the person who rang me up put in the wrong information in the computer. I was pretty upset and aggravated about the whole thing.

Overall I would go back because I really did like it there despite my mishap. I really love my veil too.

I got my wedding dress, MOH dress and 2 bridesmaid dresses there. I haven't had any problems with them so far, but I havent had to do fittings yet either.

ETS: I got my prom dress there back in the day too.

I LOVE the Bridal Suite in BayShore. I got my gown; two MOH dresses; 4 Jr. Bridesmaids dresses and my Flower Girls dress from them. My dress came in exactly the date they said it would and the girls dresses came in sooner then expected.
I've already had my first fitting and the gown is almost perfect (if I had any chest at all - I wouldn't need any alterantions at all!).
The girls that work there are VERY nice and Mary went above & beyond showing me almost every dress in the shop (and they have a lot of dresses).
