Re: Info on Marconi manor
My sister had her wedding there and I was suppose to have my engagement party there. I opted not to have an engagement party and would rather save the money. My father is a member of the sons of italy which it belongs to and they have all their functions there. I have to tell you honestly, I do not care for the food. I have been to alot of these functions. The caterer is just ok nothing great. If you are looking to save ALOT of money they do have good wedding packages. Good luck

I went to a wedding there. It was nice, but I wouldn't say it was extravagent at all. No Cocktail Hour, just reception... there's only one big room. Again, it was nice, but not our personal style.

I was there for a baby shower and I also wasn't impressed. It was nice for the shower but I thought it would have been bigger. They do not have a seperate room so I'm not sure how a wedding would be? (cocktail hour?) The food was so so.....

What are you looking to know about???
My friend had her wedding there, and everything happened in one room...ceremony....horsd'ovres passed around...and the reception. Her food was served buffet style and they had a wedding cake (that was absolutely beautiful). If we can answer anything about it, just FM me.

Re: Info on Marconi manor
They just had a bridal show that me, fh and two friends signed up for. We never planned to book there but figured to go and check it out because you never know.
As stated above one big room, great for a money minded wedding. The food was okay no major complaints but everything was served in the same room and the decor was nice i mean it wasn't like a VFW hall it actually looked like a wedding/party room.
If your not in a rush contact them for the next wedding expo.. they dont' seem to run them that often though.
Expo LOVED the wedding cake they served (blackforest bakery in lind) where my family always go. They had cocktail table setup and passed out var. munchies, buffet style dinner, cake, cookies and a choco fountain. It was really a nice night.

Re: Info on Marconi manor
i have been to a wedding there and thought it was very nice .. they have a big bridal suite room .. and yes they just have 1 room but it is nice decor and doesn't look like a VFW or KofC hall .. i was looking into for my wedding and def would have booked cuz it was perfect for the amount of people we are having BUT the only draw back is there is no where outside or inside to take pictures .. that was my only concern other than that i def recommend it ....
