Informal dresses

Hi! This is my second marriage and I am desparately looking for an ivory dress with beading..but not a full skirt or train..maybe a small train..everything I like is wayyyyy too fancy..but I still want elegant and classy...Im having a terrible time. Does anyone have any great ideas? Im so stressed out and my wedding is this Oct! HELLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP Thanks

Try looking at BM dresses. Some of them are available in white and can be used as an informal bridal dress.

Lord & Taylor NYC store was showin a lot of long dresses in their front windows. Most were light gold or ivory colored.

If not, try MOB dresses. Not all are frumpy.

I second the BM dress. I tried on several and they do indeed come in ivory if you want that. Also, Nordstrom had some really nice evening gowns in ivory with beading. You might check there as well.

The first gown here is gorgeous. When I remarried 10 years ago this June I wore a Mori Lee gown that was pearl and had beading on it. It did have a small train which I took off and it looked like a regular gown that anyone would wear to a wedding. Good luck.

have you tried looking at the wedding dresses on jcrew? They have ivory and simple and elegant.

WOW>..i found a dress by henry Roth thats straight with crystals but I cant afford it!!! I still want alot of beading on it..just no train and no full skirt..maybe more like a a fancy evening gown. Im having a hard time. This *****. :(

I don't know if this is something you like but if not just check their entire site. They have a good selection of informal wedding dresses.
