So I am thinking about getting real rose petals to put on the tables around my CP that have our name and date. They are $58 for 100 petals. Do you think it is worth it????

IMO, no. it's a nice detail but i think you can just go for plain petals w/o the writing.

I think its a cool detail if you have the money for it. But its definitley not going to take away from the beauty if you have plain rose petals.
