I need to have my envelops done so I submitted the order form to Bill and e-mailed him my guest list on Monday and I have left him messages but I have not heard anything back and I am getting worried. Does anyone know anything?

a bride on the long island boards used them for her envelopes--and had the same experience. she called many many times for weeks, never getting a resopnse or e-mailed back and started freaking out.
she felt their customer service was BAD but in the end the envelopes DID come out nice she said. you can FM me and i'll give you her screen name on there. i'm not sure if she is on LIW with the same name or not.

Just email it to him. Then you can confirm with him that he got it next week. Most of my contact with him was email, not phone. Youll LOVE his work. And hes QUICK!

I am still waiting on him. I sent back the proof he sent me and now I havent heard anything.

I emailed him my list last Thursday and expected it to take a bit longer b/c of the holiday. My envelopes completed and shipped back to me by Wednesday... and they look great. I would try email over phone but keep in mind that he might have been closed Memorial Day. Good Luck.

Ditto for me....customer service was just OK, but the envelopes came out great.

Inkspun turned out to be great, my envelopes came out perfect and after we sent all the invites out and wanted to add a few more people Bill sent me envelopes in the matter of days.

I used them and he is great. Dont forget, its a holiday week so he might not be in the office

I've been having the exact same problem. I e-mailed the order form, and asked for confirmation that my order had been received, but didn't hear anything for days...Then I finally heard from the guy and he said he would fax my proof to me that evening...Well, 5 days went by before he called me again to say he was abot to fax it.
I haven't gotten my final product yet, but I'd say their customer service is DEFINITELY lacking. The guy I spoke to guaranteed I'd have my menus and placecards by WEdnesday (getting married this Saturday...) I'll flip out if I don't have them.
