Has anyone had a hard time getting in touch with Bill at Inkspun, or had him take longer than he promised? He promised us a proof by the end of the weekend, and we haven't gotten it, and we're really in a rush. I e-mailed him about 6 hours ago, and never heard back...

I never had a problem getting in touch with him. However, I only called during the week. I just got mine on Friday from him and the came out AWESOME!!
