i haven't actually stayed there yet, but i booked rooms for myself for my wedding at the fox hollow in october. so far they have been great. i may actually have to call soon to add more rooms to the block. the hotel is beautiful...i wish i could give you more info.
oh..as for brunch...they have a full american breakfast the next morning for guests...i don't know about the rehearsal dinner, but i can tell you that the food at the restaurant in the fox hollow is awesome....

WE are staying at the Fox Hollow the night of our wedding. I will let you know how it turns out..

I stayed there last November and loved it. The room was beautiful and the service was great. Fh and I are staying there in December after his sister's wedding (at Fox Hollow).
We also had a work retreat there in one of their meeting rooms with breakfast and lunch and everything was delicious and presented nicely.

I'm staying there the night of my wedding in a little over a week. Most of our guests are staying as well and they have been good with the room block. But they are strict with your deadline- if they say the rooms go off the block on this day, the go off and no exceptions. We are also doing a brunch the next day and even though your guests get FREE breakfast you still have to pay over $30 per person for a brunch. We are having it in the upstairs room which they said they charge a $600 rental fee (but they waved it for us- we didnt even know they were going to charge us for the use) and can only have about 60 people there. I am not too happy with the people in charge of the brunch but I spoke to the manager the other day with my concerns and he was very very nice. FM with any more questions!

We all stayed there for my sisters wedding. It is beautiful!!! The rooms are gorgeous and big. We also had a bruch the next day and it was awesome. I would highly recommend this place!
