I'm curious how the cakes have been? I know they use Erga Bakery and they've had some mixed reviews.

You might want to ask some past Fox Hollow/WM brides as well, as Erga is who they use also.. But i have heard the same thing, some people have had bad experieneces, others good.
I would schedule a tasting w/ them just to be sure you're happy w/ them!

I am confused. They do not coordinate for you? You have to go out and meet with the cake vendor?

Frank at The Inn didn't go over much in that respect. He mentioned giving a picture of what I wanted and that they use Erga. It's just the mixed reviews I've seen posted makes me nervous, the cake tasting and looking good is important to me.

Resiters is yummy. I've gotten a lot of cakes overthe years from them while working in my office. I haven't had a bad cake yet.

I was told by Frank that they use Resiters. When I went to a showcase at the Inn Resiters was there with a big cake to taste. it was kind of stale, but it was sitting out and cut for a few hours at the showcase. It made me nervous...
plus the samples that they had there werent that pretty
i'll probably go for an upgrade.

our cake was from erga! it was chocolate cake with canoli filling & white icing. sooooooooooo gooooood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
we didn't keep it for a year cuz ya know that's not going to taste as good, so we ate it 2 weeks later and it was still outstanding! we plan to get the same cake (smaller) for our first year anny.
