Well I don't think it's too late to book...Actually they are probably booked for some dates already...I'm getting married on a sat. night in april. The CH is from 7 - 8:30 and the Reception is 8:30 - 12:30.

I'm not sure for price but I guess it would be basic package around 150 or 160 plus tax and gratiuty.

I don't think they play the piano but I think I'm having one of my band members play.

Food is unbelievable and yes there is a lot with the basic package plus all the stuff you could add on. I'm not getting the VH but I know they deifnetely have it. FM for other info. HTH!!! and good luck

I am an INN bride. I think the price varies based on the time of year, day, VH etc.

I am paying quite a bit more for a Sat night (with tax and gratuity) than the price quoted above but I am getting a VH and some seafood. Because of this my wedding will end at 1pm. They will keep the bar in the front open for us though which is great!

As for your questions:

How long is a reception for a sat night? Mine is 7-1.
How much for a sat night in fall/summer/winter? (2010) I am a May 2009 bride. May is pricey. FM me for details but I remember Jan., Feb. & March being cheaper.

Do they play the piano for guests? Not sure.

Do they provide you with pink candles (seen on site sooo pretty)? Note sure

Do they have Viennese hour? Yes of course. No way i would be without it. I am dessert obssessed.

Do they provide you with alot of food? (Im Greek so alot of food is key lol) Yes. I am Croatian. Same deal. The food is comparabe to the delux menu at say CrestHollow, etc. Plus you can add on seafood and VH. Their menu is available online. Take a look. I think you will be pleased. 25% of my guests are restauarant business people (even two wroters for food mags) so this was important to me.

Thank you soo very much!!! I will ask them about the little details like candles and piano, not that its important but it would be nice if they do provide it.
I would love for my wedding to end later ,1 or 130, did you have to pay extra for this or is it bec of the VH?
Do they offer alot in the VH? That is very important, lol
Also I read about lighting, do they provide, if they do then WOW I dont have to pay extra for lighting

I got the extra 30 minutes because of the VH. I think it is included in the cost of VH. I am told the VH is generous although I have not seen it but given the rest of the menu I trust that it will be elaborate! Just note that the VH at showcases is just a partial one. I asked last time because I was worried that was all it was and there was no need to worry I was assured that is was so much more!

Im an Inn bride too!!! I love that place!
I dont think its too early to book them at all. They actaully book up fast because they only do 1 wedding at a time. Im not sure of the prices but since you want to get married in Feb the prices should be a little less than high wedding season.
As for the piano player- the piano that they have in the seating area plays by itself- im not sure if you can have someone play it (i would think so thou)

How long is the wedding? they give you a 5 1/2 reception, you can make it to 6 hours but it cost extra.
The pink candles- I asked about that too! The bride actually bought them online and i have seen them (try candlesforless.com) you can also ask your florist. I know the Inn provides the clear votives at every table and bar, but im not sure about the colored ones. Plus if you want more candles your florist takes care of that.
As for spot lighting- Iasked about that tooo!! That is something the florist provides as well. It can be pricey- I went to flowers by brian and flower michelle and they both do spot lighting.

As for the menu- I am italian so obviously food is HUGE!! lol And i have heard nothing but great things regarding their food. I, myself have been there a few times for showers and i was pleased with the service and food.

for any other questions FM me!
