I know what the outer envelopes are....but what are the 'inner envelopes'? and what goes in them?
My first silly question

Re: ?? Inner Envelopes ??
If you aren't doing pocketfolds, the 'inner' envelopes are used for everything else that goes with the invite...but not for the invite itself... LOL. It's so when the guests open the invite millions of papers aren't falling to their feet LOL.

Its also an addressing thing, the inner envelope says exactly who the invitation is for.
For example if you invite a close friend and their guest, and guest goes on the inner envelope but not the outer.
This website is really good for explaining what should be written on outer and inner envelopes. If your inviting children as a family (under 18) you address the outer envelope to their parents but put all the names of the children on the inner envelope.
