Insanely horrible toothache (vent)

OK, well it's actually a gum ache. I had a bit of bone loss in my gums, and I need a bone graft to correct it. I've known this for a while but, since it's not fully covered by my dental insurance, I've been putting off the procedure thinking, 'that money could go towards something wedding-related!' Anyway, my gum is THROBBING. I think I need to suck it up and pay $300 to get this fixed.
Thanks for reading. I'm being a big baby!

ETA: I'm so upset that something like this could happen! I've never neglected my gums. I floss every day, brush 3 times, and I take oral health very seriously. Why am I in sooo much pain??

Aww...I would def. get that fixed. Anything with the teeth I NEVER put off only b/c it can start to effect other parts of you sooner or later...or the infection can get in your blood stream... Get it taken care of, and don't feel the pain no more...

I am the queen of having horrible tooth and gum pain. I actually had a root canal the night before the wedding and I missed the rehearsal dinner. So my suggestion go now and do whatever you need to have done, because tooth pain only gets worse.
