Inside out hamburgers

I made these last night and they were so good !!

Cook bacon and crumble it up

Take ground beef and make it into a pattie

Press a hole in the middle of the pattie with your thumb

Put bacon and shredded cheese into center and cook (make sure you cover the cheese and bacon well so it does not leak out)

Just thought I would share, the came out really good and it is something different

Sounds good, but I have a question -

So you put the bacon and cheese in the hole, but what do you mean by 'make sure you cover the cheese and bacon well so it does not leak out)' How do you cover it up? With what?

TIA - as you can see I'm not a cook

When you make the hole you will than place the bacon & cheese and take the corners of the ground meat and cover well

i will have to try those my dh would love them also
