Instead of Guest Book - Memory Jar?? To put notes in...
Does anyone have a reference of this? Instead of a guest book, you put small pieces of paper, pens and a large glass vase and people write thoughts, notes, good wishes on it and place them in the jar?
I thought I saw this on Martha Stewart and can't find it...
I wanted to do it on Manila tags...so I can make a scrapbook w/ it at a later time...

Yes I was thinking of doing this myself. Someone a while back hd posted this poem to go with it and I thought you may like it:
Weddings are more than tossed bouquets . . . In lieu of a guest book, we ask for your well wishes and advice. Please grab a pen and some paper. . . write what you wish. Just remember to sign your name before putting it in the dish. And when this day has long some to its end, a book we will have that's written by all our dear family and friends.
I think I'm going to use it too!!!!!

that sounds great on martha stewart they took small squares of paper and put in a giant hurricane style glass and it was so nice...
I was thinking of using manila tags that you can buy at staples and doing that I lost somewhere in my house a pretty guestbook that i got as a gift...

I found 2 places, the bowls are a little different.
