have any of you seen the use of a seating chart? Printed on a large size posterboard that is in ABC order so people can see where they are sitting?
if so... where do u get these?

This is exactly what we are doing. I made ours using Power Point and then had it blown up to I believe 14x18 (can't remember the exact size). I printed a test one at ShortRunPosters.com for $10 and I love the way it came out. When the time and we get our final count/seating arrangements, I'll update it and print out the final version.
Frame was purchased at Michaels.
EDIT: Mind the 'Demo' in the middle. And we actually added 2 more pics at the top so it will be a colored photo in the middle and then 2 B&W pics on the sides of it
i love this idea- I didnt do it because placecards were cheaper.

I did one for my rehearsal dinner in the colors and theme of the restaurant---go it from an etsy seller than was wonderful and made changes to it the day before.
