Has anyone ever had a sir-chloge (sp?) and if so were you on bed rest for the rest of your pregnancy, did you go full term? If you don't know what it is it is when your cervix shortens and softens and the baby wants to come out by 24 weeks... We are having a little girl but the last few days have been rough because I had to go into emergency surgery...

the circlage (I don't know how to spell it either) I believe, is the procedure that they do to help the cervix stay closed during pregnancy - I think they actually suture it. I don't know about bedrest with it, but I would think so.
