Insulin Increase AGAIN and what a surprise....

I tested positive for Strep B!!!!!!! Could we ADD anything else to the list??? I had the dr laughing w/that one!

I'm a bit bummed about the insulin increase -- I'm up to 30 units now, which is the size of the syringe, so they better not increase me again because I have a box of 100 and I'm not buying anymore!!!! It worked this morning, so I hope this is it until B-day!!! (Baby day )

I now go twice a week to the hospital for a non-stress test and once a week for a sonogram. Everything was fine with the NST, proud to say the Bear Cub fully cooperated and didn't have to be buzzed!

I am also, WHOO HOO, 1/2 a tip centimeter dialeted!!! And today there is all sorts of commotion going on down yonder!!!!

I have to start getting my bag packed! And getting the room in order would be a good thing to do also, don't you think? And getting the furniture delivered would also help. HELLO, I HAVE LESS THEN 3 WEEKS BEFORE THIS BEAR CUB MAKES HIS/HER APPEARANCE!!!!!

Where did the time go?????

Jenn, as for the Strep, all it means is that they'll have to give me antibiotics when I'm in labor so the Bear Cub doesn't get exposed! They'll check you at 36 weeks for it. It seems a lot of people have it these days. And the funny part is I've never had Strep throat in my life, so go figure!

This weekend Joe is painting and I'm going to pack my bags for the hospital and on one of my days off next week (when I'm not running to the hospital and dr), I'll get the furniture delivered!!!! I cannot wait until my house is back in order and there aren't boxes of carseats, swings, etc. all over the place. Although, that will only last how long until the Bear Cub comes and we have the mess all over again!

And from the sonogram on Friday, the Bear Cub has these chubby cheeks!! Joe is convinced it's a !! We'll see soon enough.

Start placing your bets! Oh, the baby weighs 6 lbs. 8 oz as of Friday!!!

Wow, Deb!! It did go fast!! I can't believe we're talking about 3 weeks at this point.

I have my fingers crossed for an early delivery .... if there's anyone who deserves it, ITS YOU!!!!

Glad to hear the NST went better this week! And WOW - it's not long now before your little Bear Cub arrives to meet all his/her fans on LIW! That IS EXCITING!

Deb, if anyone deserves to catch a break and have an easy labor - it's YOU!! I cannot wait to meet the bear cub who's been giving Mommy such a rough ride already!! Hang in - you're almost there!!

Thanks everyone!! The funny part is I really have felt fine throughout this whole pregnancy, except for the whole morning sickness thing!! This is why I'm convinced I'm having a GIRL because of all the agita!!!

And I better pack that bag because knowing my luck, I''ll go into labor on Monday when my house is still in an uproar!!! Michelle if you jinxed me, I'll kill ya She told me that since Friday is my last day, the Bear Cub will be here on Monday!!!

Oh I'm going to be very sad on Friday when I make my last post for awhile!

Deb I can't believe you have strep B Now if I have it too I am going to be really scared, because we will pretty much have the same pregnancy You better hook up the laptop so you can still KIT!!!!!
