Insurance for Vendors

I work for a contracting firm that deals with different subcontractors on a weekly basis and our company requires all subs to have their insurance company include us as an additional insured for liability, work comp, etc. I believe the vendor just has to add your hall as an additional insured. It doesn't cost the vendor anything. Your vendor needs to call his/her insurance agent and the agent simply adds them and sends a copy to your hall.

My question really deals with the part about adding the hall as an additional insured....has any bride dealt with this? Mark...have you had to add a particular hall on your policy?
