Okay, so DH and i have been TTC and nothing! so we start seeing a RE and he suggests that DH get his sperm tested. So we do and guess what? We get a huge bill! I look at policy and it doesn't pay for Fertility Treatments, but it does pay for Diagnosis. Well isn't the sperm test Diagnostic? Any insurance ladies out there that can help? I have Cigna PPO by the way! TIA

I think youre right - it was a test (diagnostic or not??) I dont know - but it certainly WASNT a TREATMENT...I dont see why the insurance wouldnt cover it!!! Submit a claim and see what happens, maybe somebody just screwed up the paperwork??
