Insuring WEdding Rings

So, I have my E-ring insured, and I want to insure my wedding ring and DH's wedding band. Do I have to go and get them appraised? I paid over 100 to get my ering appraised and I dont want to pay over 200 to get the wedding rings appraised. I have Jewlers Mutual

Can I sent the appraisal from the jewelry store to add them to the policy?

I think it depends on how much you want to insure them for. Call your insurance agent and see what their rules are.

I didn't add the w-rings as a separate rider. It's covered under the general articles portion of my homeowners policy which covers up to 5k. I didn't need a new appraisal.
