I got an 8 out of 11 too and I've taken this test before too! LOL.
Guess my memory's not so good either because I got the same ones wrong again.
The one with Moses, the one with the pills and the one with the baseball outs/innings.

11 out of 11!!! But I have to admit, I've seen this one before a long time ago. I think I got a 9 out of 11 the first time.

What got me then was the man marrying his widow's sister: is it REALLY illegal? I mean, did they make up a law for that? Because then we'd have to have all sorts of laws for dead people. I think it's a trick question because I don't think there is a law behind it.
The first time I also got Moses and the ark wrong because I didn't realized it didn't say Noah! DUH!

It's not that there's a law - it's that a dead man can't marry anyone, period, cause he's dead. The question asks if a man can marry his *widow's* sister? If his wife is a widow, he's dead. That's the trick. (me thinks)
