HI gals, My FH and I are looking for a RAbbi and a Priest. We are getting married at our reception site. I have been playing phone tag with a Rabbi and my fh doesn't like his attitude on the phone when he leaves a message. The Rabbi is probably frustrated with the phone tag. We have literally been playing phone tag for the past 3 weeks!! Could you please forward me any info on your interfaith clergy. I think I might have a harder time finding a priest. Thanks Gals!

Re: Interfaith Brides
I had a priestr and a rabbi at our reception site. The Rabbi is Rabbi lawrence Siegel. He is in Long Beach. His number is 516-897-9650
The priest he recommended is Father Sherman (I think) at St. Nicholas parish in Suffolk. I didn't use him, but his number is 631-698-2330
The local priest from Point Lookout was our priest. He needed dispensation from the diocese, and HE DID NOT MARRY US. He was really just there - he said a few prayers, and he was realy nice, but the rabbi has to marry you. His name is Fr. PAtrick Callon and the rectory number isd 516-431-2772
Good Luck

Re: Interfaith Brides
We used Rabbi Renee Feller. She will work with anyone. We had a beautiful ceremony with her! I don't have her phone number with me, but her website is www.rabbireneefeller.com.
Good luck!

Re: Interfaith Brides
I used Rabbi Dr Michael Rosen of Associated Clergy and Father Anthony Gambuzza. Call information for associated clergy in Westbury. The rabbi was a bit annoying but he was really reliable and he did a great job!!

Re: Interfaith Brides
I am using Rabbi Robert Applestone and Father Steven Camp (from St. William the Abbot Church) for my interfaith ceremony. They perform alot of ceremonies together and seem to coordinate well.

Re: Interfaith Brides
Thank you Brides for the Info! But, the Rabbi finally got in touch with us!! Actually, he is the contact person from Fox Hollow and he refers us to the clergy! AS it turned out, the Rabbi was very friendly! He recommended Cantor Jeffrey Forman 516-454-1319and Deacon Edward Billia (631) 423-1319. We spoke to them and they have performed over 100 ceremonies together! I am so excited and relieved that I have another item off my list. I am very close at selecting my dress and very close to picking the music (band). AFter that, I will feel somewhat relieved.

My FH and I are using Cantor Shel Rokofsky. His number is 516-937-0877. Good luck. I'm having a hard time finding a priest myself.
