Interfaith Center on Long Island?

I just recently got engaged this Christmas and haven't started planning as of yet. I'm not really sure where to start. My question is this. My fiance is Jewish and I am Catholic, so being married in a church or temple is out of the question. We both agree that we would like to get married somewhere other than the reception site, so that we have time to take pictures in between the ceremony and the cocktail hour. I know CW Post has the interfaith Center, which we haven't looked at yet. Anybody have any opinions on this place? Any other idea's of a place on the island to hold the ceremony? Interfaith Center on Long Island?

I am getting married at the Historical Chapel in Woodbury, because we are an interfaith couple as well, and also did not want to marry at the reception site. The chapel provides an organist and an officiant as well, if you choose. We paid $900 for all. If you want to provide the music and/or officiant yourself, then you just pay the site fee (I don't know what that would be alone). It has a 'Little House on the Prairie' type of feel - very quaint and charming. But it's small - I think it only holds about 120-130 people, so if you're expecting to have a big wedding, it may not be your best choice.
