interfaith wedding advice please

I am Catholic & my fiance is Jewish.
This weekend we have an appointment to meet with the priest who will possibly perform my ceremony. He is going to discuss our options and what the process might be for us.

Has anyone gone through this?
Do you think that a priest may be more cautious when marrying an interfaith couple rather than a Catholic couple?
Also, do you think pre-cana will be required?
