Interfaith/Jewish Brides- I Need Your Help!

I am getting married in 9 days, and I'm still working on my ceremony! I have a question for all the Interfaith/Jewish Brides out there- what, if any, readings are you having during your ceremony? FH's mother is a non-practicing jew, althougth she was very religious when she was younger. FH and I would like to incorporate the jewish ceremony into our ceremony. We already have the breaking of the glass, and someone is going to read something about this tradition right before FH breaks the glass- but I wanted to know if there was a reading that we could have someone else do too. Anyone have any suggestions?

you could read the seven blessings, circle your groom 3 or seven times, have a ketubah, say the marriage blessing.

in addition to what was already mentioned, you could have someone read something from song of songs.
speak to your officiant. when u meet w/ him/her for pre-marital meetings, he/she will be able to make suggestions.

I am training to be a Cantor (I will be one very shortly) if you want more info, please feel free to FM me.

I agree with the suggestion to read the seven blessings. It's very traditional and would be a nice thing to incorporate into the ceremony. We essentially had a Jewish ceremony although my husband is not Jewish. The rabbi read the seven blessings and we chose 2 other readings about love/marriage.
