INTERNATIONAL INVITATIONS (POSTAGE)

INTERNATIONAL INVITATIONS (POSTAGE)

We have a few guests we're inviting who live outside the USA (Canada and England specifically). I aven't checked yet, but was curious if any of you also are sending invitations out of the U.S. My questions is -- do we need to make sure to use Canadian and English stamps on the return envelopes? If so, can you buy them at the post office here? My dad seemed to think we had to ask our guests to mail us the international stamps to put on there, but a U.S. Post office or some outlet in the city must sell them, right? This IS New York City, after all!!!

Re: INTERNATIONAL INVITATIONS (POSTAGE)

I sent invitations to Poland, Germany, Slovakia, Canada and Yugoslavia and we didn't put postage on the response envelope. I think there is something you can buy at the post office that is like a voucher that the person in the other country can exchange for postage. I am not sure of the details though
